I want to introduce you to Alisha Chasey, dietitian. She's been working in our clinic for over a year providing consultations on dietary management of numerous health conditions and is excellent at what she does.
Alisha grew up in Tucson but began her college education at Virginia Tech. She completed her nutrition degrees from the University of Arizona (BS) and Arizona State University (MS) and holds credentials as a certified nutrition specialist, registered dietitian, and associate raw foods chef.
A variety of professional, clinical experiences (dialysis, a comprehensive cancer-care clinic, and addiction recovery center), her food production experience as creator of Innocent Indulgence's dessert line, and her own persistent health issues (chronic fatigue, food allergies, indigestion, and cystic acne) taught Alisha the real-life impact of nutrition and lifestyle on peoples' short and long term health. On her own journey, she explored traditional, alternative, and complementary medicine, and also experimented with every kind of "free" diet, vegan and raw food, juicing, cleansing, supplements and more. She soon discovered that true health and wholeness come from making choices on every level-- physical, emotional, and spiritual. Alisha is passionate about helping you nourish your dreams to life. She loves sharing the wellness, prevention and therapeutic nutrition and lifestyle secrets she's learned, and she is focused on helping you make your lifestyle choices simple and delicious, so you too can experience radiant living, to live out your destiny, and love your life.
She loves being outdoors, snapping flower photos, dabbling with watercolors, and spending time with family and friends.
We invite you to consult with her. You will quickly see that her insight may bring relief to you in ways that medications cannot always provide.
